I think we need to formalize two policies. One regarding Iran and the other regarding Venezuela.
Please give me your ideas regarding these two nations so we can begin to formulate our policy regarding them.
My own opinion is that Iran is or already has developed nuclear weapons and I think they have every intention of using them. I think the regime there is dangerous and should be removed.
Regarding Venezuela, I think Chavez is a banana republic type dictator.

Erik Freiherr von Braun Premier of Thrace Baron of the Empire Capt. Imperial
The "Chavez" (haplology of "chavecismo") composed of current Venezuelan political supporters of President Hugo Chávez. Chavismo, in the words of some of its main supporters, draws from three basic sources: The ideas of Simón Bolívar (1), Ezequiel Zamora and Simón Rodríguez and also a revised socialism is defined as "socialism of the XXI century . Likewise, Chavez takes from Ernesto Guevara (Argentina), Fidel Castro (Cuba), Augusto Cesar Sandino (Nicaragua), Camilo Cienfuegos (Cuba), among others.
The origin of Chavez, like political orientation, can be placed chronologically on 4 February 1992, when, amid a failed coup against President Carlos Andrés Pérez, Lieutenant-Colonel Hugo Chávez, appeared in the television, taking responsibility for the action and calling on his followers to surrender. After that, Chavez was imprisoned in the San Carlos barracks, north of Caracas; site was visited frequently by people who brought him gifts and handwritten notes of support. The same happened to the prison of San Francisco de Yare, where he was taken then. When released from prison (1994) (after being discharged from the Army), is dedicated to travel Chavez Venezuela. His ideas were gaining support in the form vertigionosa in a population tired of, inter alia, of bipartisanship for Democratic Action and COPEI, increasing poverty, corruption and the high cost of living. By 1996 created the Fifth Republic Movement (MVR) and he wins national elections in 1998. Chavismo as political tendency (some consider it more a social trend that policy) reaches its highest level of popularity and followers in 2006. Although you can locate the beginning of Chavez in February 1992, the factors behind their development were already brewing in Venezuela since the early eighties. The package of neoliberal economic policies of the IMF approved by then President Carlos Andrés Pérez, the devaluation of the bolivar (1983) used currency, the privatization process that began then, increasing poverty, unemployment, shortages , among others, led the popular revolt in February 1989. In the 1993 elections, the leader of the Radical Cause, Andres Velasquez, won an important vote (the highest obtained by a politician outside of the traditional parties). Currently, the Venezuelan leader has restructured the concept of his philosophy of government, called Bolivarian Revolution and expanding as a way akin to the ideals of Simon Bolivar (the Liberator), is commonly referred to as revolutionary followers of Hugo Chávez, replacing Chavez ended. Also, many Venezuelan socialist parties (such as PCV Venezuelan Communist Party, but not considered socialist Chavez. Is still debated whether Chavez is not necessarily be socialist.
Beginning in 2007, repealed the MVR and created the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), which comprises most of the supporters of President Chavez. In elections for the constitutional amendment of 2009, the YES option, proposed by Hugo Chavez, earned 6.3 million votes. However, in elections for the constitutional reform of 2007, the same option Chavez had won 4.4 million votes (and proved to be the loser). Some analysts say that is precisely the amount of "hard Chavistas" available to the Chavez regime. In the primaries to elect delegates to an Extraordinary Congress, held on November 15, 2009 only came out to vote just under a million PSUV. If we consider that in this game there are five and a half million registered (according to your policy), the future prospects of Chavez seem to be very encouraging.
(1) Simon Jose Antonio de la Santisima Trinidad Bolivar y Palacios, better known as Simón Bolívar, (Caracas, July 24, 1783 - Santa Marta, Colombia, 17 December 1830) was a Venezuelan soldier and politician, one of the leading figures in the South American Emancipation against the Spanish Empire. Contributed decisively to the independence of current Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Venezuela. He was awarded the honorary title of Liberator by the Cabildo de Merida in Venezuela, following ratification be of Caracas, was associated with his name.
It is my contribution to the study and analysis.

José Eduardo Cáceres Farfán Imperial Ambassador to Mexico Count of the Empire For me personally this information is very interestic. What I see here is the same story as everywhere in the world. Persons with strong will, using the mishaps of the population, had started to organize "liberation " and destroying the Empires, they destroy the whole world order. In the result - more mishaps, more poor people, more wars, more famine. How happy would be Simon Bolivar today, if he sees his Patria, provided that he really had had good intention at that time ? I think also Chavez is doing all that for his glory, not very much for poor people. The result that is coming in economy is obvious. I am not saying, that big internationals do not deserve a kick behind, opposite... In the ancient times the Thracian Demokrit, had created the idea of democracy and seems to be that still works. with all my respect cap. heros
