I think that in these councils must be included common citizens of Thrace. That will be very democratic like the Empire is, and will motivate citizen's participation. We have more than 150 registered citizens and we must to waked them up to be more active in the Empire.
Common citizens are very important to me. As you know I'm Immigration minister and my duty is to approving new citizens and to involved them in Thrace.
The Empire needs them!!!
What do you think?

I support you, dear Grand Duchess. And even, in order the action to be more productive, that must be done with personal address to those people. If it is announced " if somebody wants to participate, please do.." the result will be zero. So, my opinion is a personal letter to be sent, to everybody. IT gurus know how that to be done easily. with all my respect ! cap. heros

Count Caceres, as you are our ambassador in Mexico and also member of Council on Foreign Relations and Politics, could you please provide us with the situation in Mexico. I hear bad news about narco wars in that country and that really worries me, since poor and common people are not well protected, as announced. With all my respect ! cap. heros

The measures taken by the Government of Mexico Macronacional last year, was re-militarization Chuiuahua State, specifically the city of Juarez. This state is one of the northern states of the country, in fact, now considered the most violent city in the world. Another of the states with the drug is violiencia and Sinaloa state, hence the name of the organization the Sinaloa Cartel. Several soldiers of the army of Mexico have died in this war, but the federal government has had several successes as the death of the boss of bosses dubbed Arturo Beltran Leyva said head of the Sinaloa Cartel. Recently there have been attacks against the civilian population in this state, have killed 45 people (18 of them young students, confused by the traffickers), but again the federal government acts quickly, killing the person responsible for the attack. It is worth noting that not all countries have this problem, there are places where this does not exist. It is just north of the country. Continuing tourism, the beaches of the Mexican Caribbean, foreign trade with the treaty area north america. The news generated in Mexico if it is of concern but not throughout. The Mexican state headed by Felipe Calderon has been very responsible in protecting the country.

Thanks dear Count Jose, do you have a written history what exactly is the reason in north is so different than the rest. Is it a different culture, different ethnic environment, different faith, or else ? Besides my interest as Defence Minister, I am personally curious, what can make people so violent, with so much hatred. with all my respect ! cap. heros

Mexican drug cartels are now the most powerful in the world, since "throughout the history of criminal organizations had achieved so much economic power as they have now,"
Migration, security and trade at the border of Mexico and the United States make these organizations and strengthen, as the ultimate consumers of drugs are United States of North America. Citizens.
"The Mexican organizations are the most cocaine trafficking,
The Colombian cartel now have less importance than the Sinaloa, Juarez Mexico Gulf. "Throughout history, criminal organizations had achieved so much economic power as they now have the drug cartels."
Safe Mexico program has worked, but it should continue to press more, particularly for combating corruption that occurs not only in Mexico but also in the border.
"In our border has also been an unprecedented number of elements from various units who were involved with these organizations."
It's another way of being and acting, since the organizations as such are a subculture of our macronacion. And are located in northern Mexico, for its proximity to the United States of North America.

The US is not only the main consumer of these drugs but it is reported that US citizens are sending guns to the cartels. This is very big problem and must be stopped! America's "war on drugs" has gotten NOWHERE in my opinion. The US needs to do something to round up the drug BUYERS in the US and put them away permanently. No consumers means no dealers!!
I also cannot help but wonder that the violence seen in Juarez and the north of Mexico is not some sort of attempt at revolution. Just something that has passed through my mind a few times.

Viktor I Aleksandr His Imperial Majesty, by the Grace of God and the Acclamation of the People, Emperor of Thrace, Grand Duke of Dacia, Moesia, Macedonia, Count of Panonia, Baron of Dardania, Thracian Army Field Marshal, Eternal Defender of the Faith, Head of the Imperial House of Von Lothringen
Indeed His Majesty, the great majority of final consumers of drugs, are in the U.S., which is why the country's northern border is militarized by both nations, by the other major problem of illegal migration, not only Mexican, so there are other nationalities of Central America, Asians, Cubans, and others. In search of better living posibility. The news this week in the country is the death of young students in Ciudad Juarez, which belonged to any criminal group, and President Calderon received erroneous information stating that if the group were posters asking through the Secretary of the Interior, apologies to the families of such information in its confunsion. This gave yesterday. Certainly our state macronacional not in civil war since it is large in territory and ethnic diversity. The Mexican state has declared war on organized crime. We continue with our way of being and living, we live in a state of law and our constitutional guarantees. Tourist and recreational destinations are guarded by state security. In his fine orders, I remain
