and i d like to know how can i obtain a diplomatic biomertic passport and diplomatic registaion plates ? how does it cost and what application i have ti fill in to have all of these.
and can i use my diplomatic biometric passport in FRANCE and the diplomatic registaion plates for my car in FRANCE ??

Please contact Count Stefan our Minister of Information for answers to your questions. Also, you will have to check with the French government about using the plates on your car in France. They may have certain criteria for the display of diplomatic plates.
